2. Service description and scope

Píďa Home provides an information and account-based platform focused on opportunities related to manufacturing wooden home accessories, including categories such as shelves, organizers, décor items, and kitchen accessories. Manufacturing, market conditions, supply chains, and business operations can change, and information may become outdated.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domečky Píďa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or services.

To the extent that any liability is not excluded, our total direct liability to you for claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Domečky Píďa and its owners, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Subject to the dispute resolution section below, the courts of Prague shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the website.

12. Dispute resolution

Informal resolution period: before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us and describe the issue so we can attempt to resolve it informally. The parties agree to a 30 day period for informal resolution starting on the date we receive your notice.

If the dispute is not resolved within the informal resolution period, either party may bring a claim in the courts specified in the Governing Law section. Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief to protect rights or prevent irreparable harm.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, attempted to compromise security, or used the platform unlawfully. Termination may occur with or without notice depending on the circumstances and the need to protect the platform.

Upon termination, your license to use the website ends immediately. Sections intended to survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

14. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and are effective 14 days after posting unless a change is required to be effective sooner by law.

Continued use of the website after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the website.
